Tropical Storm Gordon Notice 9/3/18
We are currently monitoring the situation, no action required at this time.

Good Afternoon, I hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day Weekend.

We are now in the most active part of Hurricane season, or as we like to say, the "H" word. We would like to keep all owners in the loop as we monitor the Gulf of Mexico. There has been a new tropical storm that has developed off of the South West coast of Florida. Tropical Storm Gordon is currently moving West North West at 16 mph and looks to strengthen as it moves through the warm waters of the Gulf. Current projections show Gordon's path heading for the Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama area. On this current projected path, we expect minimal wind, storm surge, and rain impacts. This tropical system is moving at a good pace and we should be clear by Tuesday evening / Wednesday Morning. While Panama City Beach is not currently in the projected path, these storms can change direction and intensity without warning It is important that you keep a close eye on the storm over the next several days and be sure you have a plan in place to protect your unit and balcony furniture.

Should their be any changes, we will update you as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Paul Shamblin,
