Update regarding our new member portal for 2023
On December 30, 2022, True Health New Mexico launched a new member portal to support you through 2023.
What this means to you:

On or after January 1, 2023, you will need to create a new user profile on the new member portal. To find the link to the new portal, please visit www.truehealthnewmexico.com on or after January 1.
- Please delete the hyperlink to the old member portal from your favorites/bookmarks.
- You will be able to access your True Health New Mexico claims through the new member portal through December 31, 2023.
If you have any issues creating your new profile, you may call Customer Service for assistance at 1-844-508-4677. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
