This year the event will include:

  • Food trucks will provide hearty and light fare

  • Lots of entertainment including a DJ, interactive hula hoopers, jugglers, family photo kiosk, outdoor movie, and character autographs

  • Family fun hayrides with all proceeds benefiting the Citizens for the Continuation of Orange Community Education and Recreation

Parking & Driving Logistics:

  • At 4 p.m., the entrance to the Pepper Pike Learning Center parking lot will be closed for event preparation. Parents/staff can still exit the lot via the east exit.

  • At 5 p.m., Gail Alison Drive will be closed (emergency vehicles only). Exiting traffic from MHS and BMS will need to use the Hiram House Camp access drive South of MHS.

  • Parking for pick-up from Orange Community Education & Recreation programs will be available via the Orange High School parking lot.

  • Parking for this event is available at Orange High School with overflow parking at the Orange Senior Center and Board of Education office. Mrs. Trolley will be here to provide free shuttle service from these lots to the Pepper Pike Learning Center lot.
