Grace in Ink


Artist Laura Di Piazza illuminates her process and inspiration for "Litterae," a calligraphy and abstract art exhibit on display at the Howe Library's Ledyard Gallery through 10/31. The works feature quotes suggested by library patrons. A freelance calligrapher, Di Piazza now serves as JAM's own Development and Communications Director! More at lauradipiazza.com

A night of music

A musical tribute to Barbara and Chad


The Anonymous Coffeehouse partnered with JAM for a special night of folk and bluegrass featuring Liz Simmons, Micah John and Lillian Chase, and Andrew Brozek & friends with a loving tribute to prolific community music video producers Barbara Krinitz and Chad Finer.

International relations

The future of the Middle East


The Iran-Israel relationship and its impact on Middle East stability was the hot topic of discussion among Seyed Hossein Mousavian of Princeton, Suzanne Maloney of the Brookings Institution, and moderator Victoria K. Holt of the Dickey Center at Dartmouth on 9/30 as part of The Middle East Initiative and Dartmouth Dialogues.
