Come check out our carousel of barrel aged libations! When cocktails are batched and aged they mellow and meld together more gracefully. I'm not sure why, but they just do. We serve the following: Aged Rye Manhattan, The Last Word, Bronson's Vesper, The Paper Plane, and a Tequila Negroni. With all our cocktails we use premium spirits, vermouth and liquors. Unlike many bars and restaurants, we do not charge extra for aged cocktails. We feel we can get a better product to the guest more quickly.

Cocktail Spotlight!
Unlike the others, our Negroni is aged in a clay pot. If you look closely you can see the Negroni sweating its way out of the porous clay. This adds a unique smoothness to the taste and a subtle tannin feel on the the sides of your mouth. We The Botanist Isley Dry Gin, Berto Vermouth for Spain, and Select Nato a Venezia in our version.
