I am pleased to announce that I will be back by popular demand in Tucson, Arizona teaching my 4 day workshop, January 25-28th at Santa Theresa Tile Works. You have your choice of any of my substrates to mosaic including 4 NEW dress forms and any custom built shrine. In addition, this year I have planned my Arizona visit around the Gem Show! I am offering on Sunday January 29th a guided tour through the GEM show with me!. This is an unique opportunity to shop like a professional artist, I will navigate you through the show helping you make smart purchases for your future mosaics.
Here are some examples from other MasterClass Dress workshops. Besides 4 days of individual instruction, you will have your choice of mosaic adhesives including My Magic Putty, all your grouting materials and the EXCLUSIVE dress substrate that I use for my own signature pieces. This form cannot be found anywhere else, they are designed and fabricated just for my workshops. A choice of 4 new designs will be available by next year.

I will work individually with every student via email, Facetime or Skype to discuss your substrate, vision, inspirations and palette before the workshop to ensure that I build you the substrate of your dreams and that you bring everything you will need.
NOTE: there is not a generic list of supplies for this workshop, e
ach student will supply their own palette because it is "your" material choices which will make your piece unique to you. Here is a look of what other students have chosen before/palette layout

My years as a New York City costume designer taught me how to use colors, patterns and textures to tell compelling stories that evoke different times and places throughout history. What is most unique about my mosaic style is that I honor the integrity and history of each piece of china by carefully cutting and then placing the patterns back together.
