Sept. Market Stats!
We saw another another drop from last year; Sept. sales was down 9% YoY; for the 2nd month in a row; Mar - July saw YoY increases; 2 months of -9% drops is noticeable;
New listings sliped so did pending contracts, but demand is slipping faster than supply, so buyers have time + options...
BUT!!!
Prices are holding; avg. & median sale prices are UP...
Sellers are fighting for fewer buyers....
