Notice for Out of State Contractors Working in New York
It was brought to the state’s attention that on the Attestation section of the NY Forward website, there was no way for an out of state contractor to comply. They’ve amended the section where the address of the location of the project is required. It looks like this:
If you have an out of state contractor on one of your sites, please let them know they need to fill out the form and send it in acknowledging they are following the guidelines.
