Response Needed/To Do Tasks
  • We request your assistance in updating our Pictorial Directory for the upcoming academic year of 2023-2024. If you have not yet had the opportunity to fill out the CSO Directory Google Form, we kindly ask that you do so by Sunday, June 18th. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
  • We look forward to our new academic year and our new school year theme, Joyfully Catholic. Cumpy’s Sports and Apparel has an online store for you and your staff to order t-shirts at a nominal price. Please click here, to place your t-shirt orders by Sunday, June 18.

  • We hope you enjoyed our training from Friendzy at last week's Retreat. They have gifted us the material they used so that you can hold sessions with your staff and students. You’ll find everything you need at - Friendzy CVI Training Materials.
  • Nicolette would like to lead a Summer Study Group for Principals/Deans/Directors based on the Podcast - Sold a Story & the Science of Reading. She will host a weekly Zoom for anyone who wants to join. One Sold a Story Podcast will be discussed each week.
  • If it goes well, we may consider hosting one for teachers in the Fall.

  • We are looking at the Phonics for Reading program as one option to address students who are struggling readers (decoding, fluency, comprehension). This is a scripted program designed for students in 3rd grade to adults. It is designed for small group or one-on-one instruction. Click here to learn more.
 
  • Please complete this Google form by Friday, June 9 so we know how many struggling readers need support and if you want to try this program. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Nicolette. 
  • Father Ken Riley has requested important data through a short survey provided in the link below. As principals, you are likely aware of which groups are utilizing school property the most. Kindly complete the survey before the upcoming Corpus Christi weekend. Your cooperation is appreciated.
