Bump and Beyond Family Wellness: Stress Doesn’t Just Live in Your Mind. Stress can

show up in your body as tension, headaches, poor sleep, digestive issues, irritability, and

fatigue. When your nervous system is overwhelmed, your whole body feels it. At Bump and

Beyond Family Wellness, we support families by addressing the root, helping the nervous

system function and adapt to stress more effectively. Because when your body is

supported, you can truly thrive. Interested in how chiropractic can help manage stress?

Visit us online www.bumpandbeyondwi.com.

Mindful Moment: Treat your mind like a workspace, not a storage unit. When tasks, worries, or ideas start piling up, write them down. Getting thoughts out of your head and onto paper (or your phone) clears mental clutter, reduces stress, and helps you focus on what actually matters. A quick daily “brain dump” can make everything feel more manageable and give you a greater sense of control over your day.

Gellings Roofing & Siding is expanding its community impact in 2026. Its “On the House” program will shift from full roof replacements to critical repairs, allowing it to help 14 times more homeowners in need. The company will also host a Spring Cleanout Event on May 23rd, offering leftover materials, with extras donated locally. In addition, Gellings is committing over $1 million in materials and labor to help build 100 Habitat for Humanity homes.

The Safety Health and Wellness Committee: Spring often brings maintenance projects and outdoor repairs, many involving ladders or elevated platforms. Falls from height remain a leading cause of workplace injuries. Before use, inspect ladders for cracks, loose rungs, or bent rails. Place ladders on stable, level surfaces and maintain three points of contact when climbing. Never carry tools in your hands — use tool belts or hoists instead. For elevated work, confirm fall protection equipment is in good condition and properly anchored. A few minutes of preparation can prevent life-changing injuries.

Genesis Integrative Medicine: Our Spring Vitality IV Bundle is still available, and it’s powerful. Over the course of three weeks, you’ll receive weekly Phosphatidylcholine IVs, a Glutathione detox push, a take-home NAD subcutaneous protocol, and a STYKU 3D body scan to measure body fat and lean body mass. This focused vitality experience is designed to support energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, metabolism, and liver detoxification—going far beyond a typical IV drip.
