Two Rivers Business Association (TRBA): It’s back, our 2nd Annual FUNdraising Night on Saturday, February 8th from 6:00-9:00pm at Sepia Chapel, 1820 Jefferson Street, Two Rivers. Join us for a night of laughter and entertainment. Experience hilarious improv comedy from the talented Comedy Sportz – Milwaukee. Open bar & raffles start at 6:00pm; show starts at 7:30pm. This is a 21 and older event and open to the community. The Chamber of Manitowoc County: Get your tickets now for the Awards of Distinction Ceremony coming up next week, Thursday, February 13th at the Capitol Civic Centre. This is the largest business event in our community, with an attendance of over 300 people. Throughout the night we will honor businesses, non-profit organizations, educators, collaborative community projects, and individuals. Reception & hors d’oeuvres begin at 4:30pm. Nominee photos will also be taken during the reception. The Awards Program starts at 6:00pm in the theatre. Manitowoc Public School District: Manitowoc Lincoln High School Theatre(LHS Theatre) presents "The Lightning Thief - the Percy Jackson Musical" at 7:00pm on February 6th-8th in the Lincoln Auditorium! Tickets at the door are $10 for adults and $5 students for the main floor and $5 for balcony. Based on the exciting Greek mythology book series, the musical features a pop-rock score and witty script. Percy shockingly discovers he is a demigod and the son of Poseidon before setting off on a quest requiring friendship, loyalty and bravery.

Manitowoc Noon Rotary: This year’s Winter Brewfest will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 2025, 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Manitowoc Expo Center. Hosted by Manitowoc Noon Rotary, the event features a wide variety of regional breweries, mocktails and coffee samples, charcuterie, Brew Dogs, entertainment, raffles, and more. Manitowoc County Kennel Club: Registration for classes is done in person (no dogs) at the MCKC on Albert Dr. on February 11th from 6:00 - 6:30pm. We recommend coming to register closer to 6:00pm as classes fill quickly. Safety Fitz: OSHA Recordkeeping & Reporting Seminar”: OSHA requires all construction, manufacturing, and most retail, warehousing, transportation, and medical organizations with over 19 employees to report their workplace injuries to OSHA for the prior year by March 2nd, 2025. This fundraiser will help ensure that all men and women have a safe place to rest their heads at night, especially during winters in WI. City of Manitowoc is hiring a Downtown Manitowoc Farmers Market Manager for the 2025 season! The Farmers Market Manager serves as the day-to-day coordinator of the market leading up to and during the Market Season (May-October). Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Diabetes Services has partnered with the Manitowoc Senior Center to offer a Diabetes Support Group. The group helps individuals with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes to learn about their condition and receive support from others.
