Breathing, tongue posture, spinal alignment, and nervous system function don’t work  separately; they work together. Chiropractic care supports brain-body communication, while myofunctional therapy improves oral muscle function and healthy breathing patterns. When these systems are supported together, sleep, feeding, focus, and development can improve naturally. Join us February 28th at 10:00am for a live webinar. Can’t attend live? A replay will be provided, but only if you register. Save your spot today before registration closes. www.bumpandbeyondwi.com.

Ensure you get adequate rest at night and watch for signs of drowsiness or slowed reaction times. If you feel overly tired, pause and recharge. Staying alert keeps you and those around you safe all winter long.
