Mindful Moment: The CDC recommends practicing daily gratitude to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Taking time each day to reflect on and write down specific things you're grateful for—like a good meal or meaningful conversation—can boost positive emotions, improve sleep, and build emotional resilience. Consistency is key, and even small efforts make a difference. Try listing three things each day and briefly reflecting on why they matter. Gratitude, according to the CDC, may be a simple yet powerful tool for improving mental health.
