Mindful Moment: Regular movement is one of the simplest ways to support both your physical and mental well-being. Consistent activity can help lower stress, regulate cortisol levels, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, boost energy, and enhance your mood. Aim for 20–30 minutes of movement most days and remember that consistency matters more than intensity. Stretch regularly to ease tension, take short walking or standing breaks throughout the day, and pair exercise with stress-relief practices like deep breathing or mindfulness. Small, daily habits can make a big difference in how you feel.
