A resource for professional development and news for DuPage County Educators

This morning, a second-grade special education student told one of our first-year teachers not to worry about school reopening because "everything is figureoutable ." The teacher asked what he meant. He replied, "You always figure out things. Like when you help me with my sight words. We always figure them out together!" The student continued, "If you want to figure something out, you just need to belly breathe and say, 'I CAN DO IT!'"

Feeling stressed about the new school year? Remember, we're all figuring it out, and together, it's figureoutable. WE CAN DO IT. It might take a few belly breaths, but we got this.

What resources can you access to make this transition smoother? Read on for some great ideas.
