Emergency Protocols
in Dublin Unified
In the past two months, we have experienced two emergency situations, which gives us all pause to examine and review the emergency protocols across our District.

We have an information page on our website, that can be accessed here or through our website on the "Parents" tab on our main page, that provides our community with important information about emergency situations in our schools.

Each school regularly assesses and reviews its safety plan and at the District, we are examining our plans and protocols as well to make them as efficient and effective as they can be. Among the things we are closely reviewing is our emergency communications system, as we look to ensure that all families whose students are impacted by an emergency situation are informed in a timely manner.

Please take a few moments to review our emergency information page.

Our own Noah Mac, the DHS Senior who has captured the attention of the country on the current season of "The Voice" on NBC, has advanced through the competition to the "live" shows, and now he is depending on his community to help push him through to a big win!
The live shows start next Monday at 8 p.m. on NBC. Watch and Vote for Noah. There are many ways and you can find them below!

Support DHS Athletes as the Fall Sports Season Competition Heats Up
Our mighty Gaels are finishing the fall sports season strong and they need our support!
The outstanding DHS Cross Country teams are competing Saturday in the North Coast Section Championships at Hayward High. The girls race begins at 10:35 a.m., followed by the boys race at 12:05 p.m.  The Gaels are ranked nationally in three different polls:

The Gaels, who have set numerous course records this season, have been ranked #1 for California Division 2, all Northern California schools, and the North Coast Section Division 2 all season by a multitude of polls. The squad also just won their second consecutive EBAL title and are shooting for the State Championship following this week's NCS meeting.

The Gaels football team notched their first win over California High since 1994 and it

was a big one as Dublin upset the Grizzlies last Friday night in the first round of the NCS Division I bracket. Dublin moves to the second round for the first time since 2011 and will play at Antioch on Saturday at 7 p.m. Go Gaels!!!
