Mission Box
The mission box this week supports Living Water International, a faith-based non-profit organization that helps communities in developing countries to create sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene programs in response to the global water crisis. The cost of building a well is $5,500 and the funds collected will go directly towards the well that a Trinity mission team will be building next month in El Salvador. If you would be interested in being a part of this project please contact Ted Grueser in the Missions department ASAP.
Longest Night Service
The Longest Night is a service of scripture, stories, special music, silent reflection and healing prayer. It's a time to recognize that Christmas can be a bittersweet time of the year. So on the longest night, we invite you to experience a meditative worship service that takes time for remembering, sharing our hurting places with God, and preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ. Join us on December 21st at 6:35pm in the Chapel to acknowledge God's presence for those who mourn, who grieve, and who struggle. God's Word comes to shine light in our darkness.
Canticles in Candlelight, A Cantata for Christmas

In this season of good news, we are thrilled to announce that, after a long, careful, and prayer-filled search, Joshua "JJ" Joseph has accepted our offer to be Trinity's next Director of Student Ministries!  Following his completion of a prior commitment, JJ will begin his ministry at Trinity on March 1st. JJ's wife, Angela, and their son, Isaiah, will be moving from Orlando to Gainesville in January. Welcome home Joseph family!

The Sunshine Circle invites you to help them honor Her Hope residents and staff family at the traditional Christmas Celebration on December 18 from 3-4:30 in the Atrium. We are asking for functional household items and/or ladies' hygiene products decorated with a bow. Decorations will include Tara Thornock's elegant "angels" center pieces. Refreshments will be served and voices will rejoice in song! Please join us for a very Merry Christmas celebration!
