Mission Box
The mission box this week supports Take Stock in Children, which provides low-income students the opportunity to escape the cycle of poverty through education. They offer college scholarships, volunteer mentors, and hope for a better life. The comprehensive program starts in middle school, continues through high school, and includes the student's transition into college.  Please check out their website for more information.

Foundation Applications
The Trinity Foundation, at our next meeting on December 8, will consider requests for funding for this calendar year. Application forms may be obtained from Laura Richardson or online. Applications are due December 1. The foundation was established to provide members and friends of Trinity the opportunity to make charitable gifts to Trinity that will provide a permanent endowment for financial support and a living memorial. The funds are intended for Church purposes which are not funded through the annual operating budget.

Dorcas Needs a Leader!
Dorcas is the UMW group whose members respond to expressed community needs for items which can be knitted, crocheted or sewn. The leader would meet with the group on a quarterly basis, make connections with community organizations who have needs for items made, and maintain a supply cabinet with patterns, yarn and fabrics. If you are interested, please contact Linda Cook
Traveler's Backpack
As we remember Christ this Advent season, we also have the opportunity to "be still" and listen to where He might be inviting us to participate in a new and deeper walk with Him.  The Traveler's Pack is a 6 session discovery tool created by Christianne Squires to help you discover and prepare for such a walk.  Led by Kimberly Webster, a new post will be added every Sunday in Advent, the first phase (November 27) has already been posted. Click here to learn more!
This week's flowers are given to the Glory of God.

Christian love and sympathy is extended to Elizabeth Beach Burnwell and family on the passing of her father Daniel James Beach on November 15.
If you would like to provide the altar flowers or need to make arrangements for assistance or special accommodations during Sunday services, please contact Shannon (416-3005) Monday - Thursday. If you would like to have your milestone birthday announced, please email Kelly
