Worship: Sundays @ 8:15, 9:40, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Once Upon a Holy Night
The thrill of hope...the weary world rejoices...a new and glorious morn. These lines from a beautiful old carol sound like they could have been scripted for our world today. Come worship with us this Advent season as we make room in our hearts for the good news of a babe born in a manger.
This Sunday's message is "The Soul Felt Its Worth," by Rev. Steve Price.  The message on Christmas Eve (see more details below) is "Fall on Your Knees," by Rev. Catherine Fluck Price.
Love Came Down at Christmas
6:35 Wednesday Night Contemporary Worship Service message series from November 28 - December 19. Each week we will be bringing the story of Christmas alive with a modern reading of the Biblical text. Join us to see how the story unfolds!

This Wednesday's message is "Love that Shines in the Darkness," by Rev. Lenora Rousseau. There will be no 6:35 worship on December 26.
Mission Box
This week's Mission Box is for Welcoming Gainesville. Welcoming Gainesville is a nonprofit organization that aims to make Gainesville more welcoming towards immigrants, international students, and refugees. Their mission is to "make newcomers neighbors" so that we can create our shared vision of a community that celebrates diversity as a source of strength and innovation (text 2 give keyword: welcome).
Upcoming Advent Events
Christmas Poinsettia Dedications: The poinsettias that are adorning the chancel areas in the Worship Center and Chapel are available for purchase and dedication. If you would like to order and pay online, please click here. If you would like to pay by cash or check please contact Bree Kerwin (416-3017). Orders are due no later than 4:30pm on December 19.
Longest Night Service: The Longest Night is a service of scripture, stories, special music, silent reflection, and healing prayer. It's a time to recognize that Christmas can be a bittersweet time of the year. So on the longest night, we invite you to experience a meditative worship service that takes time for remembering, sharing our hurting places with God, and preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ. Join us on December 21 at 7pm in the Chapel to hear scripture, offer prayers for healing and wholeness, and to hear song that acknowledges that God's presence is for those who mourn, for those who grieve, for those who struggle.
Christmas Eve Serving Opportunities

There's no better time to connect with people who do not regularly attend church than on Christmas Eve.  And therefore it's a time when we want to offer our best Trinity hospitality!  Please make a commitment to be a part of extending this hospitality by serving in one or more of the following ways:
  • Greeter - Welcoming at one of the entrance doors or the Welcome Center
  • Usher - Handing out bulletins and seating people
  • Communion Server - Serving the bread and cup to worshipers and assisting with the candle lighting
  • Communion Steward - Setting up and/or cleaning up communion
We are still looking for volunteers to help us show radical hospitality! If you are able to serve in any of the above ways for any of our Christmas Eve services, please sign up here or call the church office (376-6615) to let them know how you want to serve.
Trinity Holiday Office Hours
We will close at 12:30 pm on Christmas Eve and re-open on December 26. We will also close at 12:30pm on December 31 and re-open on January 2 so our staff may enjoy time with their families.
