This week's mission box will support the Alachua County Thanksgiving Basket program. This is Trinity's 14th year coordinating the donations and distribution of about 1,200 Thanksgiving meals. How can you help? You could: do a food drive at your office or with your scouting or Rotary group; you could donate food, financially, or $10 grocery gift cards; or you could volunteer with sorting, packing, and distribution. LAST CHANCE! On Saturday, October 26 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, we are having a
work day with Rebuilding Together North Central Florida
(RTNCF), a home-repair organization that addresses substandard housing needs in our area. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old and have finished 8th grade to participate, and no construction experience is necessary. We will be doing subfloor and flooring repairs, ramp repairs, yard debris clearing, and exterior skirting repairs. Giving Sundays: Each Sunday through November 17, we are asking our church family to bring in different items for our annual Thanksgiving Baskets program. If you would like to participate in this tradition of ours, this Sunday's items are

Boxed Brownie Mix
. You can drop them off in the blue bins in the Narthex or the Education Building.
Youth Thanksgiving Pie Sale
The Youth are selling frozen homemade pumpkin and apple crumble pies (with instructions on thawing and baking for when you're ready to serve them)!
You can pick up an Order Envelope at the Welcome Table in the Worship Center or by the Youth Fundraiser Box at the Education Building Reception Desk, and you can submit your orders to the Youth & Family Ministries Office or at the Reception Desk of the Education Building by November 17.
You can also order your pies online
Orders will be available for pick-up November 24 in front of the Worship Center after every Worship Service.
Prices: 1 pie is $15. For 3 or more pies, it's $12 per pie!
Creation Care Meeting
The Creation Care Task Force, part of the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church, helps churches respond to critical stresses on the environment by linking faith with actions that promote stewardship of God's Creation.
