Mission Box
This week's Mission Box is for our sister church in Cienfuegos, Cuba - Trinity's sister-church since 2002. The Mission Box will be used to help the growing ministries of the house churches that have grown out of this ministry and salary support (Pastors in Cuba receive only about $25 per month). Wednesday Night Dinners
Join us for food, fun & fellowship! This week's menu is picadillo, yellow rice, black bean and confetti corn, plantains, soup, salad, and dessert. Dairy and gluten free options are available. The kitchen will be open from 5 - 6:30pm. Adult meals are $ 7 , children 6 and up are $ 3 , 0-5 eat free with a $25  family cap.
For Your Information
Through September 28, 18 members of Trinity's staff leadership team are traveling to Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, KS, to take part in the Leadership Institute, a conference to learn new methods and models of ministry for every area of the church. We appreciate your patience during this time in allowing staff to be fully present during these sessions.  For emergencies, please contact Jordyn (352-376-6615) for assistance.

The directories are almost here! If you had your photograph taken by Lifetouch, then you will receive one free of charge. If you did not have your photo taken, you may purchase one for $10. You may order and pay online with credit/debit card here . To pay by cash or check please contact Jordyn at the reception desk (352-376-6615). We expect to have them by the end of October, we will let you know when they will be available for pick-up. Orders are due by October 8.  
Fall Harvest
We are gearing up for the 2018 Fall Harvest and we need you!! This year's event will be October 28 from 3:30 - 6:30pm. As you know, this is our largest community-wide event and it is not possible without your help. Please help Trinity show extravagant hospitality to our Gainesville neighbors by donating candy at the reception desk and signing up to volunteer !
Thanksgiving Baskets
Thanksgiving is coming upon us quickly, which means our annual Thanksgiving Basket outreach is just around the corner! Each Sunday between now and Thanksgiving we are asking you to bring in a different item to help us make Thanksgiving possible for 1,500 families. 

 

This Sunday's donation item is gravy packets.

mealMissions
On October 7, join us as we partner with Gator Wesley for a meal packaging event. The packaging will be from 4 - 6pm, followed by dinner and worship at 7. Gator Wesley is located at 1380 W. University Ave and parking is available in the garage behind their building. This is a great event for all ages, so please come and bring a friend!

Youth Wednesday Night Small Groups this Fall (all 6th - 12th graders are invited):
  • Now through October 10, 6:30-7:30pm in the Youth Building | F4: Females, Faith, Fun, & Fellowship and G3: Guys, Games, & God. These small groups will be a time to hang out, have fun together, and talk about our faith.
Faith Mission
Come Support a student at Rawlings Elementary!  Teachers (3rd grade especially) would love your help supporting students in reading or math by

  • Helping students practice new skills

Children's Ministry 
Our next Parent's Night Out is on October 12 from 5:30-8:30pm! Join us for a pizza dinner, crafts and fall themed activities. This is for children ages 12 months and walking through 5th grade. Cost is $12 per child with a $30 cap per family.  Register and pay on-line by October 10. Contact Virginia if you have questions.
