Dear Clients, Candidates & Colleagues:  
Our primary concern in these uncertain times is your well-being. We hope you are taking good care of yourself and those around you. We believe that everyone’s priority should be to follow what is advised by the CDC and other health experts and government leaders.  

Our physical Tuft office is temporarily closed, but our entire team continues to work from their home offices, much as we’ve done for many years. We are all very familiar with working remotely. Please continue to reach out to me or to any of our Associates in the coming weeks.
 


Our lives will continue to change significantly as we respond to the COVID-19 crisis. This is certainly true as we continue important work with many of you to identify new CEOs and Executive Directors, or seek new directors and managers to deepen your talented teams.  

Already, we are using different ways to handle traditional search activities while achieving client goals and keeping everyone safe. For instance, we are relying—with positive results—on Zoom and other video conferencing resources to handle candidate interviews that would otherwise be in-person or on-site. Certainly, in-person is most desirable, and we’ll all look forward to being face-to-face again soon. Meantime, we’re ready to work with you on the most effective strategies to keep your vital searches moving forward.

While challenging, planning for the future can and should still be our focus. Ensuring that your organization has the right leadership and the strongest management team will be critical for peak performance after this crisis. We can strategize with you to design a search process that recognizes current realities while advancing your priorities. We’ll welcome partnering with you in new and productive ways.
