Our Lady of Guadalupe School is committed to providing access to students from all socio-economic backgrounds. If tuition assistance is needed for your student in the 2024-2025 school year, OLG School has need-based awards for grades K-8. No assistance is available for PreSchool/PreK.

Tuition assistance funds through OLG directly are unfortunately more limited for next school year. This is due to such a large need over the last few years, and limited funds coming back to the school through donations and the School Fund Drive. 

For this reason, the deadline to apply for aid is a firm deadline, December 31st. Late or incomplete applications will not be able to be considered for aid.

Families must apply each year through the FACTS Grant and Aid portal to qualify for both the Fulcrum and OLG tuition assistance grants—all awards are made based on financial need. Re-enrolling families must re-apply each year. 

Please allow ample time to gather/upload necessary documents

and to complete the application process by the deadline.

Financial aid applications opened Oct 1st & closes on Dec 31st for the 24-25 School Year.

Noon on December 15th is the final day to ask the school questions,

as we will be closed for Christmas Break.

Financial Aid through the Fulcrum Foundation and OLG School is

not guaranteed.

School financial assistance is determined based on a rubric that considers need, merit, commitment to our community, faith, family adherence to the Handbook, etc.

Although we will do everything we can to give as much aid as possible to OLG families, we want to also prepare families for the possibility that the amount of tuition assistance they have received in the past will be less in the coming year.

If you have concerns, please make an appointment to speak with the Principal BEFORE December 15th.
