Turks and Caicos Islands Added to England’s Travel Corridor List

The Turks and Caicos Islands Tourist Board is proud to announce that the destination has been added to England’s travel corridor list.

The decision, which was shared by the United Kingdom’s Transport Secretary Grant Shapps on November 12, 2020, means that effective immediately, UK travelers will not have to quarantine upon returning home following a visit to the Turks and Caicos Islands. The destination’s addition to the travel corridor list represents its vigilance in curbing the spread of COVID-19 and the success of its safety protocols.

Farrah Grant of Turks & Caicos Crowned Miss Caribbean UK

On November 28th the Miss Caribbean UK pageant announced its 2020 queen - Farrah Grant, age 22 who represented the Turks & Caicos Islands.

As Miss Caribbean UK Farrah aims to use the platform to further promote the Turks and Caicos. She will also be engaging with the education system in the islands, visiting schools to promote the importance of education.
