Escaping to paradise has been made even easier! JetBlue has announced a new daily direct flight from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) beginning November 19, 2020.

Delta will be offering a new direct flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) beginning
December 20, 2020.

Turks & Caicos Announces Stamp Duty Reduction for Real Estate Buyers

The Turks & Caicos Islands Government has announced a reduction in stamp duty for eligible purchasers making this the perfect time to own a piece of paradise.

The stamp duty waiver granted would be as follows:
75% reduction of stamp duty on property valued up to $2 million, made between 21st September to 20th October 2020
50% reduction of stamp duty on property valued up to $2 million, made between 21st October to 20th November 2020
25% reduction of stamp duty on property valued up to $2 million, made between 21st November 2020 to 20th December 2020
Sister Islands Travel Simplified

The Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands has announced a new online portal for domestic travel between Sister Islands.

Travelers will be required to apply within 48 hours of their intended date of travel and an application will need to be submitted by each person in a group wishing to travel.
