Newton, NH - Jan. 8, 2024 Turner Motorsport will begin its defense of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Grand Sport title at the January 26th BMW M Endurance Challenge at Daytona with revised driver lineups in the team’s two BMW M4 GT4 race cars.  

Open-wheel-turned-sportscar racer Robert Megennis returns to Turner Motorsport for his second season with the team in the Celestica-sponsored No. 95 BMW M4 GT4. He’ll be joined by team and series veteran Dillon Machavern, a former GS champion with six race wins in the iconic blue and yellow Turner Motorsport machine including the 2019 Petit Le Mans.  

Last season’s co-champion, Robby Foley will return to the No. 96 BMW M4 GT4. In 2023, Foley shared wins at Sebring and Watkins Glen with Vin Barletta, the duo putting together a strong season to win the Grand Sport title. The BMW Factory driver has 16 wins and 44 podiums with Turner. Joining Robby will be 2023 VP Racing Challenge GSX champion Francis Selldorff. After capturing 6 podiums including P1 at VIR that led to the championship in his freshman professional season, Selldorff will pair up with Foley to keep the championship momentum going.

All of that will be hard to beat, but we are ready to go with what I believe is one of our strongest driver lineups. Welcome back to Dillon Machavern and Megennis, Foley and Selldorf. Strong, strong, strong, and strong.” 

Practice begins at the Roar Before the 24 on Thursday, Jan. 19. Qualifying takes place the following weekend on Thursday, Jan. 25. The four-hour BMW M Endurance Challenge at Daytona takes the green flag at 1:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26. The race will be streamed live on Peacock in the U.S. and on IMSA.tv internationally.
