Dr. Anthony Fauci joins Georgetown faculty

The McCourt School is honored to welcome Dr. Anthony Fauci to the Georgetown and McCourt School community. Joining as a Distinguished University Professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine’s Division of Infectious Diseases, he will also hold an additional appointment at the McCourt School.

McCourt TPP program awards $2M in research funding

The 2023-2024 Tech & Public Policy grantees will investigate the effects of technology on individuals and society, as well as how to address the challenge of new technologies born in the information age.

Student author publishes biography on President Garfield

Full-time graduate student Charlie Goodyear (MPP'24) chronicles the extraordinary, tragic life of America’s twentieth president in President Garfield: From Radical to Unifier, available on July 4, 2023.

Expanding scholarships for military-connected students

Made possible by a generous gift from the Dr. Scholl Foundation, the McCourt School created two $20,000 merit scholarships to be awarded to veterans, active-duty, reserve and military-connected students. The 2023-2024 awardees are incoming Master of Policy Management students Andy Brake (MPM’25) and Bobbie Suh (MPM’24).
