Refreshment Schedule
In June we will trial a new way of providing Sunday refreshments. For this to be a success we ask that several people bring a small amount whether it is a dozen cookies, fruit or a plate of veggies. This will take the burden off of just a few providing for 250 people. If you are unable to bring something, perhaps you could volunteer to set up or clean up. Thank you advance for providing for each other as a family of God.  We will evaluate this at the end of the summer to see if it is viable.
1st Sunday of the month: Last names starting with A-F will provide refreshments

2nd Sunday: Last names starting with G-L will provide refreshments

3rd Sunday: Last names starting with M-R will provide refreshments

4th Sunday: Last names starting with S-Z will provide refreshments (no refreshment this Sunday. Corps Picnic)

5th Sunday: Corps will provide refreshments

Set up: Put tablecloths on 6 round tables. Set up two long tables with paper tablecloths. Make coffee and lemonade.  Put out small plates, napkins and forks.

Clean up: Put all food away. Clear trash and take down tablecloths. Wash dishes and put them away.

Emergency Disaster Training is Coming to the OC

And unfortunately so is the next disaster or emergency. If you want to be part of our integrated emergency response team training is imperative. On Saturday, June 21 at the Tustin Ranch Corps, Ken Cavallero (Territorial EDS Director) will be leading an all-day training on the Incident Command System - what it is, who does what, and how we as a response agency fit into this system (and so much more!). It is crucial that when we respond to a disaster, we have an understanding of who is responsible for what and how all agencies need to function together as a cohesive response team, including our own internal operations.  Please contact Kevin White at 714-210-6033 for more information or to register for this training session.
