Here is what you need to know:
1.
Membership
We are a monthly membership program. Registration is always ongoing; you can sign up at any time of the year! Membership benefits include:
- your child’s weekly tuition
- unlimited make-up classes while your child is enrolled
- priority access to Tutu School’s special events
- a flexible cancellation policy
2.
Tuition
Membership is $117/month. No registration, enrollment, or cancellation fees. Simple! If you join mid-month we prorate your membership to begin; then going forward, membership is charged on the 1st of every month and remains the same every month throughout the year. Some months might have 5 weeks of classes while others only have 3 weeks of classes – membership payments stay the same and equal out over time. Don't worry, all breaks are automatically factored into tuition.
3.
Cancellation
Your membership will continue to be charged on the 1st of every month until you tell us you'll be taking a break. We simply need written notice by email or text (teachers cannot process cancellations) by the end of the current month (preferred at least 5 days prior so we can cancel in time). Once you are charged on the 1st, membership remains active for that month.
4.
Dress Code
TUTU TODDLERS
Although all dancewear is welcomed and encouraged, students in our youngest division are invited to wear any clothes that they can move easily in, and bare feet if they do not have ballet slippers. Adults participating in these classes should also wear comfortable clothes and bare feet or rubber-soled socks.
EXPLORING BALLET & PRIMARY BALLET PREP
We ask students in our older divisions to wear leotards, dance dresses or fitted shirts with tights or leggings and ballet slippers. Please tuck in all drawstrings on slippers, and secure long hair away from the face as much as possible. No specific color, style, or brand of dancewear is required, and tutus and skirts are absolutely permitted - naturally!
We sell retail including leotards, dance dresses, t-shirts, tights and slippers at our studio!
5.
Makeup Classes
Miss a class? No problem! You can always book a makeup class right on our website or by contacting us directly. Makeup classes must be attended while enrolled and not after cancelling membership.
6.
Recital
We love being on stage! Bravo Bash is our sweet twist on a traditional recital, and is held twice a year. All students in all classes (yes, even toddlers!) are invited to sign up & perform to show off their twirling on stage and celebrate their hard work. Participation is optional, but encouraged!
