Twin Oaks Golf Course Results

We had an excellent turnout for our first weekend event of the year. There were 39 players who joined us at Twin Oaks on a beautiful Sunday, January 18.

The Game of the Day was Evens where all even numbered holes counted towards your score. This was a Net game with 3 flights. We also had 2 closest-to-the-pin (CTTP) holes.

The 1st Place Net winner in each flight received a $20 Golf Mart Gift Card and 2nd Place received a $10 Golf Mart Gift Card. The CTTP winners received a $10 Golf Mart Gift Card.

This was also our January ACE OF ACES event. Read on to see which players are our ACES of the the month.

ACE OF ACES Winners - January

This year we have designated one event per month as an ACE event.* One LOW GROSS and one LOW NET player from each ACE event will earn a spot to play in our ACE OF ACES Invitational. The Invitational will be held on Sunday, November 1st at Singing Hills Golf Resort where they will complete for a big grand prize for each of the two winners.

*No ACE event in October due to scheduling; two ACE events in June with the Chapter Championship.

This event at Twin Oaks was our ACE Event of the month. We would like to congratulate our two JANUARY ACES!

Our LOW GROSS ACE is LEEANN TAYLOR with a gross score of 75!

Our LOW NET ACE is CATHLEEN KOUGH with a net score of 66!

Players Cup Update

We have kicked off the 2026 Players Cup and we are already two events into the season! There are 15 players confirmed into the Gross Division and a whopping 22 players in the Net Division. Registration is still open for both divisions so don't delay, sign up now to maximize your points for the season! You can find the registration links on our website or in our weekly Tuesday morning Eblast.

Below are the standings for both Gross and Net Players Cup after the first two events, Riverwalk weekday and Twin Oaks.

Gross PC

The standings for the Gross division are for one event at Twin Oaks. We did not have the minimum 6 players required to distribute points at the Riverwalk weekday outing.

LeeAnn Taylor was hard to beat at Twin Oaks with her low round of 75, so LeeAnn walked away as our January ACE and Players Cup leader with 50 points + 5 participation points.

Cindy Mason shot an 82 giving her second place with 36 points for + 5 participation points. Jax Jacquez was not far behind, shooting an 85 which earned her 26 points + 5 participation points for 3rd place after the first event of the season.

Net PC

At Jan. 14 at Riverwalk, Ashley Stone took first place with a Net 72, earning her 30 points. Lisa Schmidt followed in second place shooting Net 75, giving her 23 points. In close third with a net score of 76 was Stacey Hayashi, rounding out the top 3 with 17 points.

After our Twin Oaks event on Jan. 18, Karen Bridges shot up to first place in the standings with her first event win, shooting a Net 71. Jax and Cindy both shot Net 72's, each earning 36 points for the week placing them towards the top of the Net Standings as well as the Gross Division. We had a 3-way tie for fourth place between Jojo Hou, Chi Wilson, and Stacey Musso, all with scores of Net 73.
