Twin Villa Maintenance 2024

Dear Valencia Lakes Villa Residents,

We are pleased to inform our Villa Homeowners that we have received the 2024 Villa Maintenance schedule. The maintenance project will begin on February 26th, 2024, and continue through July 16th, 2024. The scheduled date of your villa is a tentative date +/- 1-2 days based on progression, weather, and unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a notification on the trim of your main garage door or front door, 48 hours prior to your actual maintenance date. Villa maintenance will include the following:

Pressure washing all driveways, front patios, rear patios, and front entry sidewalks.
Pressure washing the building, patching all cracks, caulking all window returns where needed upon inspection, and painting.

Note: Maintenance does not include the common area sidewalk in the front of your villa, uncovered extended lanais, or those villas that have a sidewalk running along the side of the building.

What if I will not be home or have a conflict with my tentative scheduled date?

Lowe's would either skip the lanai or proceed with the work if it is open, whichever the villa homeowner prefers.
If you prefer to be rescheduled, please contact Nichole at Lowe's Commercial Painting directly at 727.418.3070, and she will reschedule you. Saturdays are built into the schedule for such cases.

Once I receive my 48-hour advance notice, what happens if it rains on my scheduled date?

Lowe's Commercial Painting will post a new notice with the new date.
Lowe's Commercial Painting also has an onsite working foreman so you can ask these questions to as well.

What if there is damage done to my landscaping during the maintenance?

Lowe's will repair/replace any landscaping that is damaged beyond regrowth. Lowe's Commercial Painting does its best to minimize disturbing the landscaping, but some traffic is necessary. Pictures are taken prior to starting your unit. Only items damaged after commencement will be replaced.
