NEW CYCLE OF ACPC COMMUNITY GRANT FUNDS
The new grant cycle is now open! Applications are short and simple to make it easy for you to request funding for art and culture activities in Placer County.

Thanks to support from Placer County, the California Arts Council, and private donations we have awarded over $83,000 in grant funds to artists and art organizations already this year! Be a part of this new grant opportunity.

Funds will be disbursed in three cycles during 2021/22

CAL NONPROFIT PERFORMING ARTS GRANTS
Nonprofit theater, dance, music, and other performance organizations can obtain funds to promote workforce development (such as paying salaries and benefits). To be eligible you must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with no more than $2M in annual gross revenue, and with activities dating back before June 1, 2019.

VA58 OUTREACH GRANTS
Vaccinate ALL 58 is a state initiative to encourage people to get vaccinated, get their children vaccinated, and practice "COVID safety." About 600 grants of $5,000 each will be awarded to community-based nonprofits.

Example: A community nonprofit could hire a mariachi band with the funds to come to an event they're already holding. They would pass out flyers about VA58. They could use the grant to pay for the band and other event expenses.

Easy application process, awards paid on a rolling basis through August 2022 or when funds are exhausted. Get details and apply:

The Arts Council of Placer County has made arts in education a priority. Aligning with that mission, the Community Arts Grants now include a category specifically for Arts in Education and Mini Grants awarded directly to teachers in K-12. Apply today!
