Two Family Rooms Information Has Been Moved to a Detail Group
Today, March 17th, the Two Family Rooms tab information moved from the Rooms tab into detail groups on the Detail tab of listing input. We notified members of this change via FlexTip .


HOW DOES THIS AFFECT LISTING INPUT FOR TWO FAMILY PROPERTIES?


  • You will enter the same information as you did before, except now you'll enter it into the Details tab, instead of the Rooms tab.

NOTE : This change ONLY affects the Two Family property type, NOT Single Family or Condominium.  



WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

We are working with our vendor to make the Rooms information RESO compliant. RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization) creates and promotes the adoption of data standards throughout the real estate industry.  

ENTER ROOMS IN DETAILS GROUP:

You will no longer see a Rooms tab when entering a Two Family listing. You will enter Room information into the Unit sections on the Details tab.
Searching for Rooms detail group information will look similar to the following screen shot.
Any of your saved searches that include Two Family Room levels search details have been updated on your behalf.
