Dr. Timothy Dohrer is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Master of Science in Education Program in the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University. He has worked in a variety of roles in education for almost 25 years. For many of those years, Dr. Dohrer was an English and journalism teacher at New Trier High School. He has served as a teacher leader, department chair, and district administrator. In 2008, Dr. Dohrer was named Principal of New Trier's Winnetka Campus, which serves over 3000 sophomores, juniors, and seniors. His major areas of research include literacy, school climate, curriculum theory, teacher education, and leadership. He is a member of the Midwest Comprehensive Center Advisory Board, the Charmm'd Foundation Board, and the Family Action Network Advisory Board. Dr. Dohrer has BA's in English and Journalism from Indiana University, an MA in English from Northwestern University, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University.
Dr. Thomas Golebiewski is a Board Certified and Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Having worked in schools for over 40 years, he spent 26 years as Department Chair of Social Work at New Trier High School and in private practice since 1985. He has been an adjunct Professor at the University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration, and at Northwestern University, School of Education and Social Policy. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University, School of Social Work. He is in private practice in Psychotherapy, Counseling and Consultation in Wilmette, Il., currently a Consultant at Wolcott School, an Independent school in Chicago,. He is a workshop presenter for the Illinois Principal’s Association on Mental Health Issues in Schools. He is a Lake County, Court Approved Domestic Violence Evaluator and Treatment Provider. He volunteers for the American Red Cross as a Disaster Mental Health Responder, is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee that include Erika’s Lighthouse, the Naomi Ruth Cohen Institute and the Mental Health Association of the North Shore. He is an Associate of the AKRI and a member of CCSGO Dr. Golebiewski received his BA and MSW from Loyola University in Chicago and PhD in Clinical Social Work from The Institute for Clinical Social Work, Chicago, Il.

Alyse Siegel, a Learning Behavior Specialist, has been supporting children, adolescents, and adults with learning differences in her private practice for over 30 years. She specializes in language-based learning issues and executive functioning. Prior to establishing her private practice, Alyse was a clinician at DePaul University’s Productive Learning Strategies Program supporting college students with learning differences. Additionally, her experience as a manual systems analyst at Children’s Memorial Hospital is reflected in her expertise in time management, organization, and strategic planning. She received her undergraduate degree in elementary education at Northern Illinois University and her master’s degree in Reading and Learning disabilities at DePaul University. Ms. Siegel is a member of Wolcott's founding Professional Advisory Council.
