Colin T.J. O'Brien have joined the firm as Partners. The addition of Ambrogi and O’Brien strengthens the firm's capabilities by creating LLF’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. John and Colin have extensive experience assisting clients in obtaining, protecting, evaluating and enforcing rights relating to Intellectual Property secured by Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Trade Secrets domestically and internationally, including prosecuting and defending claims pertaining to the Lanham Act, Copyrights, Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Design Patent Infringement actions on behalf of the firm’s clients.
