John and Colin have extensive experience assisting clients in obtaining, protecting, evaluating and enforcing rights relating to Intellectual Property secured by Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Trade Secrets domestically and internationally, including prosecuting and defending claims pertaining to the Lanham Act, Copyrights, Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Design Patent Infringement actions on behalf of the firm’s clients.
