Hi Boss!!
I had a great time with my buddies, Randy and Joe, at da Openin' Day of Del Mar Race Track! I was sniffin' around and found da stables (easy to find! HA) and was able to get a sneak peak
 of all da excitement before da races!
Those were some seriously athletic beasts---and, Boss, I'm not just talkin' about Randy and Joe! HA!!!!!
We had great seats! What a fantastic view of all da action! It was such a great day! I can't wait to go again!
Well Boss, I have to admit, I've received some bad intel! I have previously reported about certain restaurants movin' into da 4S Commons, and they turned out to be ALL WRONG!!! I'm so sorry, yous guyz! Da good news is that I have da correct scoop now!

will be Rubicon Deli. Boss, if you like meat and veggies PILED HIGH on FRESH BREAD, then this is da place for you! Did I mention their made from scratch soup, AND they will have craft beer on tap???
Guido is countin' down da days for their Grand Openin'!! Da word on da street is that this place will be openin' late Fall 2017, but I'll keep my new, more reliable source on it!

that is goin' into 4S Ranch. My sources have uncovered that they will be openin' their doors in 4-6 weeks.
They are are currently acceptin' consignment furniture. If you are not sure if they would be interested in what you have, call them at 858-798-9991 to schedule a FREE in home viewin' of your goods.
Even though their doors are not  officially open, you can feel free to stop in and browse what they have. They have many high end items and many of their items are from model homes.

They are installin' a couple chargin' stations for electric vehicles. Da HOT TIP is that these chargin' stations WILL BE FREE!!! Yes, anyone who has an electric vehicle will be able to charge up for FREE!!! Another great perk of livin' in our wonderful area, eh Boss?

opened! It will be held on Thanksgivin' Day at da 4S Ranch Community Park. Da 5k will start at 7:30am and da 10k will start at 7:40am.

By now I'm sure you have heard about
the horrible tragedy
in San Antonio,Texas, where 9 people have tragically lost their lives and 30 other victims were transferred to local hospitals for medical treatment after being locked in the back of a hot semi truck trailer.
Officials are looking into this as a case of human trafficking. Unfortunately, these horrible stories are becoming more and more frequent.
We often wonder, "What can I do to help?" Well, here's your chance!
My sources have uncovered that this Saturday, July 29, from 8am-11am at Old Poway Park, Xtend Barre Scripps Poway, Poway Pilates, and Fitness Quest 10 have partnered together to host "Fit For Hope" outdoor workout!
This 90 minute workout is open to the public and is hoping to raise awareness for GenerateHope, a local non-profit dedicated to providing long-term housing and recovery programs for local survivors of sex trafficking.
