Welcome to our September 2016 e-Newsletter!

I am featuring two spectacular listings this month. The first is a one-of-a-kind urban oasis with a master suite that has to be seen to be believed and the other, a majestically wide Victorian in the heart of the city. They are gorgeous!! See for yourself at this weekend's open houses!

The Just For Laughs festival starts on September 22nd, featuring a stellar lineup. You'll find that link below, plus the best restaurants that opened this summer and really interesting two articles on urban planning.

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.
