Saturday, July 14th - Summertime Grilling and Lunch Recipe Class

If you are eating a whole food plant-based diet or want to incorporate more plant-based foods in your diet, there is no reason to eliminate outdoor grilling. You can add wonderful seasonal foods in many healthful ways using your backyard grill.

You will learn tips and techniques at "The Academy" for outdoor grilling of scrumptious veggies and fruits that can serve as a main dish, side dish or dessert.

Saturday, July 21st - Outdoor Pizza Making Class

Pizza is a favorite food of people around the world. Unfortunately, it has become unrecognizable from its beginnings in Naples Italy where the typical Neapolitan pizza was born and continues being made in the same way. 

The basis of any great pizza is the dough. On Saturday, July 21st, You will learn how to make your own dough and will be baking it with healthful toppings in the pizza oven at the home of Food not Meds, affectionately called “Villa D’Anca.” 

Address for the pizza class will be supplied to registrants.

As the pizzas are coming out, we’ll enjoy the tastings with a glass (or two) of great Italian wine and a summer salad under the pergola.

Note: Different from all other classes, the pizza class is not gluten free.
