Taking a "whole family approach," FNRCs are structured to be more efficient by housing an array of services and agencies in one location. By supporting parents, caregivers, and children alike, FNRCs help cut down on transportation challenges and play a key role in fighting childhood poverty. In the past year alone, our network of FNRCs connected with nearly 11,000 families across the Capital Region.
Over the course of 2023 and 2024, UWGCR is committing $428,950 to this growing network, bringing our investment to more than $3 million over the past decade. Earlier this year, we were proud to welcome Columbia Opportunities and Community Action of Greene County as new FNRC partners.
We encourage you to click on their logos below to learn more about each of these fantastic organizations. Don't forget to keep scrolling and watch our "Why I Partner" spotlight on Megan Quillinan, who leads the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center, our FNRC partner in Saratoga County. We hope you'll help us strengthen and expand our FNRC network by making a donation to UWGCR today. We are grateful for your continued support.
Thank you for being HERE FOR GOOD!
