Two Weeks Left to Submit Your Climate Action Project!
There are just two weeks left to apply for the 2019 UN Global Climate Action Awards. If you haven't done so already, be sure to nominate your climate action project by Tuesday 30 April for a chance to have it showcased at the UN Climate Change Conference in Santiago, Chile, this December.

Shining Light on Climate Solutions

Organizations, cities, businesses, schools, governments and other key players that are taking concrete action on climate change can apply to have their projects recognized as a 2019 Lighthouse Activity.

Why should you apply?

If your project is selected, you'll receive a wide range of benefits, including:
  • Attendance to the 2019 UN Climate Change Conference in Chile (COP 25)*
  • Access to policy makers and potential funders during the conference
  • Public recognition by the UN Climate Change secretariat
  • Graphic assets such as promotional videos and professional photography
  • A dedicated page about your project on our website
*Winning projects under the Financing for Climate Friendly Investment category will need to be self-funded to the conference and provide their own video and photo materials.

The 2019 Momentum for Change Lighthouse Activities will recognize climate action that is already achieving real results in four key areas.
