FAMILY REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN!

New to TxCHP or didn't attend last year? You'll click on the Register link at the top of the home page at the prom website.

Returning family from 2023? You'll click on the Login link at the top of the home page at the prom website. You'll need to confirm a few things, add a photo, and update your account.

Registration is REQUIRED before ticket purchases can be made on January 4, 2024. We recommend that you make your registration now so that you are all set and ready when ticket sales open. That last minute scramble is just too stressful!

At least ONE parent/guardian profile and ONE student profile must be entered to have a viable family account.

Questions about registration can be directed to Prom@TxCHP.com or PromTickets@TxCHP.com

GROUP CONTACT INFO

STILL NEEDED

If you have a group (co-op, support group, university-model school, microschool, church small group, etc.) that is planning to come to prom, please share with us the primary contact for that group. Send an email to Prom@TxCHP.com with GROUP CONTACT in the subject line and include the following information:

INCLUDE THIS INFO:

  • Your name
  • Your Group Name and Location (City)
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number
  • Approximate number of high school students in your group

PROM TICKET SALES OPEN ON

THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2024

AT 7:00 AM

Nuggets you need to know before you get started:

  • EVERYONE has to have a registration. Each family should have their OWN family members only.
  • Bringing a Guest to prom? Have them make their own registration with one of their parents so they can agree to the prom policies together.
  • Don't purchase a group seating reservation until you've talked to the group members and agreed on how many will sit in each group - and which student will be the host. One student host per reservation.
  • Everyone makes a meal selection during Ticket Purchase. So, decide in advance if you will order the Standard Meal, the Vegan/Vegetarian Meal, or the Dairy-Free Meal. All prom meal courses are nut-free and gluten-free (except for the dinner rolls). If you have allergies beyond the selections offered, please include notes about that and mark the appropriate selection so our Special Meals team can help you and your family get your order correct.
  • What about your Guest? Once you assign the Companion Voucher to them, they will make their own Meal Selection on their account.

HOW TO GET ASSISTANCE from the PROM TEAM

Prom@TxCHP.com for general questions and how to get logged in

Other email addresses you may need:

PromParents@TxCHP.com if you have a question about the Family Service Credit requirement

SpecialMeals@TxCHP.com if you need to discuss significant dietary issues or need help changing your meal selection.

Please don't spam us all with the same question. We are all volunteer mamas who are trying to homeschool our families and shouldn't all be answering the same questions.

Thank you for understanding. We try to answer within a day. When we have hundreds of emails, we have to pace ourselves.
