TxDOT Public Meeting: State Highway 3 Access Management Study

Houston, TX - Council Member Dave Martin would like to let District E residents know the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will be hosting a public meeting to gather input on an access management study for  State Highway 3 (SH 3) from Brookglen Drive to the Harris/Galveston County line.
