Even Superintendent Dr. Cherniss stopped by to spread some kindness in a chalk message. BTC also partnered with My Saint My Hero for their Wave of Kindness Campaign. Staff members each were given 2 bracelets to give to anyone on campus to acknowledge kindness. The positive energy on campus this week was contagious. Thank you BTC for your great work!

6. Back to School Night
Back to School Night was a huge success. Each classroom was full of parents getting to learn a little bit more about the amazing academic programs and opportunities here at PV high. Parents were also able to stop by and talk to representatives for PEF, Booster Club, and PTSA, to learn how they can continue to support PV High. Thank you to everyone who attended and we can't wait to see you around campus!
7. Live from 205 Spotlight
205 Sports Producer, Sydney Myrick helped to boost the Booster Club by producing a promotional video that encouraged parents to support the Academics, Arts and Athletics here at PVHS. This video was played for all parents at Back to School and is featured on the PVHS Website. We are so proud of all our 205 students who participate and work hard all year both on campus and covering stories throughout southern California.
8. Leadership Spotlight
Our leadership students are focused on community outreach across the hill. With this goal our ASB, Red Tide, Cheer, Song, Marching Band, and Color Guard all went to visit Lunada Bay Elementary this week to host a pep rally for the students. Our students love this opportunity to interact with our future Sea Kings and spread some positivity and spirit across the hill.
