Ashley Kalinski, Ph.D., member of our Student & Postdoc Council and Research Fellow at the Giger Lab , Cell and Developmental Biology, becomes Assistant Professor at Ball State University, Department of Biology. The Kalinski lab will focus on the intersection between neuroscience and immunology after traumatic injur y.

Kalinski looks forward to fostering collaborations with the BSU Biology faculty, where she will also work with Douglas Roossien, a former U-M CDB postdoc who is now an Assistant Professor.

Congratulations Ashley, and best wishes for your new journey!
