Whereas,
the Women’s National Basketball Association powerfully embraces women’s rights and cultural rights of all Americans; and
Whereas
,
the WNBA is a critical leader in the Black Lives Matter reform initiatives;
Now, therefore,
As a U.S. Senator possibility, it is my duty, honor, and privilege to deliver this Statement of Special Recognition to the Women’s National Basketball Association for its commitment to the Black Lives Matter movement in the dawn of the 21st century."
