Thanks for joining us at the UAC Legislative Conference!

The UAC Legislative Conference was held April 28-30 at the Dixie Convention Center in Washington County, bringing together county elected officials, department leaders, affiliate organizations, and industry partners from across Utah. The conference focused on reviewing the outcomes of the 2026 legislative session and discussing the impact new laws and policy decisions will have on county government operations statewide.

The conference featured affiliate breakout sessions, a statewide general session, exhibitor engagement, and leadership elections for open UAC officer positions. Key topics discussed throughout the conference included property taxes, affordable housing, energy development, public lands, and preserving local control for Utah counties. Attendees also had opportunities to collaborate, share best practices, and strengthen partnerships between counties and state leaders. We're grateful for your participation and hard work on behalf of your counties!
