Hon. Thomas R. Tompsett, Jr., J.D. ’05, was appointed by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore to the Baltimore County Circuit Court.


April M. Urban, J.D. ’06, became senior litigation counsel at Baltimore-based firm Blades & Rosenfeld.


Tiffany Mazzulli Akers, J.D. ’07, has become director of contracts and risk management at Loyola University Maryland.


Hon. Laura J. Novello Fuggitti, J.D. ’07, was appointed by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore to the Prince George’s County Circuit Court.


Kimberly McLean, J.D. ’07, has joined Fishman Stewart in Troy, MI, as a patent attorney.


Leigh Dillon, J.D. ’09, Pamela Duke, J.D. ’10, Andrew Adkins, J.D. ’15, and Kaya Abukassis, J.D. ’21, were appointed by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore to the Judicial Nominating Commission for Cecil, Kent and Queen Anne’s counties.


Osasu Dorsey, J.D. ’09, became the chief compliance officer and senior associate general counsel at Johns Hopkins University.


Aimee A. Joshua, J.D. ’10, joined PBS Distribution as the director of technology administration.


Maria D. Prieshoff, J.D. ’12, was awarded the community service award at the 2024 Hispanic Heritage Gala, hosted by the Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus.


Alex Zarzecki, J.D. ’12, has joined Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny as a leader of the firm’s estate and trust administration practice group.


Kimberly Kipnis, J.D. ’13, joined York, PA-based firm Barley Snyder as counsel in the firm’s litigation practice group.


Bryan Mull, J.D. ’13, became associate general counsel/AVP for Mariner Finance.


Megan Ferris, J.D. ’14, joined McCormick & Co. as associate general counsel, Americas employment.


Nora Nichols, J.D. ’15, has joined the Maryland Office of the Attorney General as assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection Division.


Momen Abukkdeir, J.D. ’16, became deputy director, Office of Information Technology, for Baltimore County government.


Emily Greene, J.D. ’16, was named to the board of directors at Disability Rights Maryland.

Jasmine England-Caesar, J.D. ’19, became assistant counsel at Baltimore City Public Schools.


Lauren Mullin, J.D. ’19, was named to the board of directors of HealthCare Access Maryland.


Alana R. Hamm, J.D. ’20, joined the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as deputy EEO and accommodations officer.


Cassandra Brumback, J.D. ’21, returned to Venable as an associate in the firm’s labor and employment group.


Daniel Santos, J.D. ’23, became an associate at Regan Zambri Long in Washington, D.C.


Leah Rowell, J.D. ’23, joined Gallagher Evelius & Jones as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group.


Yasmeen Ali, J.D. ’24, was promoted to associate at Sheri Hoidra Law Office.

Qiara Butler, J.D. ’24, started as an associate at Saul Ewing.


Rachel Durant, J.D. ’24, started a judicial clerkship in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.


Ryan Ricketts, J.D. ’24, started at Ballard Spahr as an associate in the firm’s labor and employment group.
