LAST CHANCE

Don't miss out on joining the Ambassador Team

We invite you to join our Commencement Ambassador team once again this year to help create an unforgettable experience for our graduates at this year's spring undergraduate commencement.

We are especially looking for ambassador support on Friday 2:30pm, Saturday 2:30pm, and Sunday 9:00am ceremonies.

Know someone who might be interested? Feel free to share this with your friends or colleagues—we love welcoming new ambassadors to the team.

There will be five ceremonies from Friday, June 12 to Sunday, June 14 held at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. Each ambassador will be required to work a 5 hour shift.

Every great ceremony has an incredible team behind it — and that's you!

The 2026 UC Davis Ambassador pin is a limited-edition memento honoring your dedication to making Commencement shine. Keep it as a reminder that you were part of something special.

Something new is coming… 👀✨

We’re introducing a special way to recognize your years of service as a Commencement Ambassador.

More details soon—but trust us, you’ll want to collect these 💙💛

Newly Added for 2026: Additional Opportunities

🌅 COME EARLY — Ceremony Prep

Want to help us get everything set up before the celebration begins? We have a limited number of early arrival shifts in two areas:

  • Concourse Level Set-Up — Help place signage, materials, and make sure everything is in order before doors open. Requires walking and light lifting.
  • Arena Floor Set-Up — Help arrange chairs, signage, and staging on the main floor. Requires walking and some lifting.

🌙 STAY LATER — Ceremony Breakdown

If you're able to stick around after the ceremony wraps up, we'd love your help with:

  • Arena Floor Breakdown — Help clean up and break down the arena floor setup after the ceremony. Requires walking and some lifting.

Reminder: All Ambassadors are required to work a minimum of 5 hours. Ceremony Prep and Breakdown above are in addition to the Primary Role assignments.
