UCC in the Big Apple!
Welcome back from New York City!
This past weekend, UCC led a trip with 30 other members and staff in which we took a look at the connection between Faith & the Arts. We saw a couple of shows, visited The Cloisters at the Met, toured St. John the Divine Cathedral Church, worshiped Sunday morning at Riverside Church, and a lot more! Check out some of the photos we took on this amazing journey!
Volunteer for World Refugee Day!
Saturday, June 18
9:30am to 4pm

UCC is partnering with Refugee Services of Texas to host World Refugee Day. We need volunteers to help with hospitality and clean-up. We expect to have over 250 refugees attend this event!
UCC is Vlogging!
What is a vlog, you ask?
Short for a video blog or video log, a vlog is a blog in video form!
There are so many stories to tell about the experiences of Christ's love through the work we do here, at UCC. With Ministry Stories: A Vlog, we will take you behind the scenes for a closer look at the people doing this work.

Check out our first vlog on Academy 4 and read previous stories from Room in the Inn volunteers!
Are you interested in working at UCC? Check out our Job opportunities page to read more about our current open positions!

All job applications will need to be submitted through Linkedin. For additional information, please contact Michelle Ingram at
In today’s world, the medium of film is reaching more and more people than ever before. And if seen in the right way, a movie can be a lens to view the world and even may be a pathway to find God. In this new worship series we’ll look at several movies to see how God shows up.
Good News, Good Brews
Every Wednesday at 7pm at the Central Market Patio.

Good News, Good Brews is a pop-up event for theological banter and brews (coffee, tea, and/or beer) hosted by UCC College Ministry. All are welcome!

Volunteer with Fortress Birthday Parties!
Thursday, June 30
11:45am - 1pm

Our partners at Fortress Youth Development Center have asked us to help throw monthly birthday parties for their students. For many students, this is their only birthday celebration. You can help share God’s joy and love by giving 2 hours of your time.
Please consider joining our Usher Team at 9:00 or 11:00 in the Sanctuary. As we have returned to passing offering plates and Communion trays, more volunteers are needed. Please contact Todd to volunteer or with any questions:

There are numerous openings on our flower calendar for the upcoming months. If you would like to contribute flowers to celebrate an occasion or honor a loved one, please consider providing flowers to enhance the Chancel during worship. Please contact Jesus with questions or to make a donation:
