A Message from Russ...

Join us on Sunday, December 19, from 4-6 pm as we walk through Bethlehem and experience the beauty and wonder of the scriptures coming to life. This is a live nativity scene with animals and costumed characters who tell the story. Admission is free.

Of Many Colors, Christmas Angels, Finals Feast

Of Many Colors in concert, more than 300 gift bags assembled by a lively group of Christmas Angels, and a turkey feast with all the trimmings for college students preparing for finals--it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas at UCC!

Those who mark this season mourning the loss of a loved one are invited to join us Tuesday, Dec. 21, at 6:30 pm, for The Longest Night, a very special online worship experience. It will be available on Facebook, YouTube, and UCC website. In addition, our chapel will be open from 5-8pm that day, offering a space of calm, quiet, and healing. Members of our clergy team will be available to pray with you, light candles and remind you that Christ's light shines through even through the darkest night.

Join Us for Christmas Eve Worship

2:00 pm: Join us for a Traditional Worship service in the sanctuary. Our time in worship includes carols and special music, scripture and communion.

5:00 pm: An informal Christmas Eve Family Worship experience for families and anyone who is young at heart. Favorite carols and the story of the first Christmas told with live animals and costumes so children can participate. Infant/toddler childcare available.

7:00 pm: Join us for our very first Ten:10 Christmas Eve Worship! Our community will gather in Walker Hall for a time of sacred-seeking worship. We will sing beloved carols and Christmas songs, share communion, and plenty of delicious coffee (yes – we’ll have decaf available for this evening service!). Come celebrate the birth of Jesus in Ten:10 style--acoustic music, informal, all ages. Preschool childcare is available.

9:00 & 11:00 pm: Traditional Candlelight Worship in our historic sanctuary with Chancel Choir and communion.
